Scam artist

Whatever you do, do not use Dave's Roofing. I had them come to do a roof repair for a leak in my roof. It rained the day after the job was supposedly fixed, and Dave didn't feel it was his job to fix it. He refused to fix it stating that we his job was good, and I had to have someone else come and finish the job properly.

Dave did not finish the job. I do not know what he did, but the roofer who came to complete the job stated that "he must have been trying to save money on nails".

Now, if I do not pay Dave in full for his awful, incomplete job, he is threatening to have a lien put on my house, and after speaking with a paralegal, am being told there is not a lot I can do but pay him.

Protect yourself.
