Incompetent
Installer didn't know how to do the beading and g channeling around the windows.When he finished it looked like someone had taken a box cutter to my windows. I called Steve Dargatz to complain and he said he would fix it. A month later still hadn't heard back and had to call again.He then sends the same installer over to fix the mistakes!!!!!! And he still couidn't do the job properly with Steve supervising. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company!!!!!!!
Too many mistakes
Way to many mistakes were made on our windows and it's taken over a month to install.
