The spa was very nice, and Sarah was a WONDERFUL massage therapist. She was unable to give me the massage I'd booked, as the managers hadn't given her enough prep time, but the massage she gave me was fantastic! The person with whom I checked in said I was their first WaySpa customer, and we both thought that was cool.

I would have to say that it was OK not great. Chairs for Manicure/Pedicure were hard and service slow. Could hear noise from salon below. Not too relaxing..
