Expensive and incompetent staff. The sandwich you will purchase will be more expensive, will have less choice in toppings and lower quality breads than subway/quiznos. The staff first dropped my sub on the floor and didn't listen to me when I told the clerk my order at checkout (I had to correct him on their own deal and what I had bought). Spend your lunchtime elsewhere!
