Shady!

I won't go into all of the details, because that would take too much time than I have. I tried this place out because of all of the advertising on the radio, I thought "hey they must be good". I was ready to begin the usual performance upgrades that many people do to their diesel trucks and my trusted usual shop doesn't really do that stuff.
I took my truck in there for a noise that I couldn't identify. It was coming from the engine compartment, was pretty sure it wasn't anything major, and thought that if I was happy with their service that I would begin my performance upgrades to my truck. They tried to snowball me with a bunch of 'maybe' things that could be causing the noise. They wanted me to give them the big okay to go ahead and replace about 4 things in the engine compartment. When I asked them to try and narrow down their diagnosis to be more specific and try one thing at a time so that we could only repair whatever it was that was actually causing the noise, they told me that was unrealistic and that's not how shops work. Long story short, they are shady! Against my better judgement, I obliged their first reccomendation and changed what they said was most likely the part. It wasn't, they still charged me, the owner gave me attitude, I went back to my faithful shop that I've used for years, they identified the actual cause of the noise in about 10 minutes, changed the one part and I'm a happy man. :)
Save your money and your time, trust your vehicles to somewhere other than this place!
