Amazing Spin Bikes
Looking for a place to go spinning? This place is absolutely amazing. The classes are challenging, the bikes are top quality and the work out is tough. The biks move with your body so its more exciting and a better work out. Check it out, the first class is free. The classes are VERY expensive though.

Best place for spinning in downtown Toronto! I have tried quite a few other spin gyms in Toronto over the year and hands down I get the best workouts here. Plus all of the staff are actually helpful and friendly.

CYKL is the best! I have tried 3 other cycling studious downtown and I must say CYKL is by far my favourite. The staff is personable and motivating and they do their very best to make you feel comfortable and even appreciated. They have a way of making torturous cardio feel uplifting. First class here and I have to say it was fantastic. Really nice staff at check in that make sure you are comfortable and know how to use everything. Love that the bikes are like "real" bikes and move to create the simulation of turning - really great for your upper body. This was the first time I used my new Classpass as well!
