I drop in to check out the prices for a small replacement part. The person who I spoke too acted as if my questions were too insignificant for his attention.

FYI:
I asked how much the part was and did he have any other brand.

Although the store was empty, my question seem to p@!%!d him off.
When I left, he tried to insult me by insinuating I was cheap.

Bought a bike at the bike sale, salesperson was knowledgeable & friendly. They didn't have a pump to fill the tires, then I later found out bike has a bad tube. Had to replace on my own as it was too far for me to take it back.

Good customer service but.....

excellent customer service.. they let you test ride bikes. The sales person is knowledgeable and they provide free tune ups..

but...

the bike that I wanted was over priced.. They said its 899 less 30% discount.. while the MSRP is less than the already... more
