Clueless

I took in my vehicle to repair electrical problem. After assessing the problem he said that I should come back in 2 hours and the problem would be fixed. When I got back the problem had "changed" and now the repair would take another three hours! I don't think he had a clue what the problem was. He had my cel phone number, but did not bother to phone me. I paid for his time (what a waste!) and got out of there.
