Bad customer service very rude
June 13, 2014This is by far the restaurant where I almost yelled at someone. I ordered one bbq isaw (intestine) outside for $2 just to try it out. Customer Service is Terrible
August 13, 2013Food is fair enough...But one waitress with a "tattoo" served us so poorly. Food is great but customer service sucks
August 09, 2013The food of Cusina Lounge is good, unfortunately the image of such a good concept of a restaurant, lounge and karaoke bar, goes down to the lowest scale because of very poor customer service.
