Comfy, well designed rooms. This hotel does not suffer from the dated image of many Crowne Plazas I've stayed at in the past. Skip the free Priority Club breakfast on the second floor 'Club Lounge'; it's an incomplete Continental shoved in a former hotel room (pathetic lounge, this is something I'd expect from a Comfort Inn, not a Crowne Plaza). Absolutely Terrible We had an absolutely terrible time at this hotel. The check in staff were very rude. The room was dirty, staff completely unresponsive and rude, and managers incompetent. This is more like a ONE star hotel. If no stars existed, this place would fit the profile. I overpaid ($369/night) for the kind of accommodations/service I received here. Over-rated. No complimentary brekky or cofee, old decor, old telly, inconvenient outlets to charge devices. On the other hand, room windows do open to get fresh air in to remove stale air. Clean rooms in general.
