Used the key drop and checked off the services needed and added more notes in the details area. Went to pick up the vehicle and they charged an extra $200 for diagnostics testing they said. No phone call to explain what they were doing. They said because I put notes in the details area, that authorized them to do the extra diagnostics. Recent dealings with the business managers of Crowfoot Ford have shown they do not know the meaning of customer service. Once the vehicle is delivered and they have their money, forget about getting any problems solved. I recommend that everyone steer clear of this dealership.

Terrible service. My appointment was at 9 a.m. and I phoned to check on my vehicle at 4 p.m. and THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT MY VEHICLE. They could have at least phoned. I picked up my untouched Explorer at 5 p.m. and will not GO BACK.
