No way!

Awful, rude & dishonest! I purchased the "Online Deal" and I encouraged friends to do the same. Four out of four of us have been treated poorly. All staff offered different versions of the services covered by the deal, each stated the other employee was wrong & didn't know what they were doing. One even stated that their boss did this to make more money, tricking new clients, & that he had no problem taking money from clients. In every one of my 4 appointments the same staff ("K") bad mouthed all other staff, owners, & disclosed personal info on other clients. At my first appoinmtment she tried (several times) to get me to pay her "under the table" to do more. She did so saying her boss didn't pay her well and that "T""stole" her clients. On my fourth appointment, I changed my upcomming to be with a different staff "A", once I was half naked & prepped to get an attempt at getting my money's worth, "K" ripped into me about changing staff which made her look bad. She spewed endlessly about the other staff & clients saying they caused clients pain, burns, & did 10 minutes when she did 40 minutes every time. Eventually I quit politely debating my rights as a consumer & layed silently while she preformed a meritless (15 minute) job on me. She quit too, I left without any words. I approached the desk & stated that I had just received the most unproffessional service ever, I was met with a series of "Aww, how'come?" I have cancelled all upcomming appointments and even though I am paid up till August, I will not be back.
