Our Favorite Creperie
September 24, 2003We gave been enjoying the crepes at Creperie Le Triskell for 20 years. They are wonderful plain or filled with a variety of ingredients. These are crisp crepes made in the Bretonne style. I love mine plain with an egg filling. Also, don't miss their garlic salad, oniion soup, and their wonderful French apple pie without a top crust.

C'est la première crêperie que nous fréquentons depuis que nous sommes arrivés à Montréal. Pour environ 50 $ (taxes et pourboire inclus) nous avons eu droit à un jus de pomme, une crêpe oeuf-jambon-fromage et une crêpe nutella pour ma femme, et une bière Molson (appelée bière maison), une crêpe poulet béchamel et une crêpe banane sirop d'érable pur, pour moi.
