Heart Attack Victim January 03, 2014

Very unhappy

Major snowstorm today, I called to cancel my appointment as soon as they opened - it's too dangerous to drive. Receptionist tells me I will be charged $50 because I am cancelling without giving 24 hours notice. This is bullsh*t.

I am not going to be charged $50. They are making me risk having an accident to go to a doctor's appointment in a very poor driving conditions.

I will be finding a different doctor as SOON AS POSSIBLE.
