Dont let your money in their hands!!!!!Avoid this company!!
I really had a bad experience with this company!!! I sent them a case in september 2009 for an approx. amount of 2000$ that a customer owed us for a while. To start they would not give us any feedback at all, we would call them to inquire on this dossier and they would tell us that the customer didnt send any check that they where supposed to ect....they didnt try very hard..i had to tell them after a few months that i really wanted that case to be solved so i had to tell them to do wathever they could so i could get my money. They finally told me (after i called, because remenber, they dont give no feedback at all) that they received the checks and that they would pay us when they cashed 18 months on checks (the total amount) wich is ok....but after 2 years NO NEWS!!!!! I called and they said that the file is closed since april (almost a year) WHAT!!! And i didnd get my money??? The lady said the boss will call you back...its been 6-7 times ive called in 2 months...nobody calls me back...this company is a SCAM!!!! Now we have to send on collection our collectors how does that sound?? AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
An agency that operates with no collection agency permit!!!
A simple visit on the OPC (Protection du consommateur) will let you know that this agency does not currently have a collection agency permit. THIS IS ILLEGAL!
