Horrible service and experience at Craftsman Collision

Craftsman Collision is horrible. I had the misfortune of going there once and they damaged the interior of the car. Had to go back 6 or 7 times and still they haven't fixed the problems. Now, they tell me that they will not fix anything else to fix the problems (breaching the 'lifetime warranty') and the owner of the chain told me to just go to a car dealership to figure out the mess Craftsman made. They wasted a lot of my time in back and forth trips and the staff was also rude when I pointed out the issues and excused their work by says that all repair shops work like this and repairs can not be done properly. They should not be licensed to operate businesss and certainly shouldn't be an ICBC approved repair facility.
