worst service and customer service ever

It’s been 4 weeks and I still did not get my order. When I ordered the drapes I was told it will take 2 weeks because it’s a special order. (I don’t really understand why, there is nothing special done to them). Anyways, I paid for the entire order…. What a mistake!!!! Pay as little as possible, always!!!! 2 weeks after I receive a phone call that half of my order is in and the other half is on back order, all of a sudden. How come I learn about the back order only after 2 weeks?! My husband went to pick up the ones that came in (he was not in the store to help me choose so he did not know exactly what he was picking up). To my horror….wrong color…. We go back and again I have to wait for them to send the wrong drapes back and “they will find out what went wrong”. Today, 4 weeks later….nothing. And the worst thing … not one word of apology!!!! I really don’t understand how they can run a business like this. When I was returning the wrong color drapes there were two ladies that were returning the wrong size pillows! Watch out! You can’t even say it’s a cheap store and one would think it will compensate with good service. Wrong!!! Don’t even go near this store.
