Not up to par customer service wise
May 31, 2014I arrived at the hotel to find my friend who had arrived beforehand distraught and visibly upset after being verbally assaulted by the general manager. We were looking forward to a girls weekend away and we chose this location because of convenience and price. Nice Property

Stayed at this hotel a couple times in the past year, and have never been disappointed. The rooms are impressively clean, the staff is very helpful and the property itself is clean.
The pool is nice as well as the hot tub. The parking is a little iffy, as the majority of it is in the back and the side...

Expectations high, experience low

The first room (yes, we tried 2) featured black electrical tape several cm. long at the top of the shower's glass surround: Wrinkly, shiny black tape.
