Always Cold!!

It is the middle of June now, & our place has felt like an Igloo for the past 3 1/2 weeks. We called the Landlord last week, & they said they just turned the heat off on June 9. Well we happen to know that Someone who lives in our row of Townhouses/Apt can control the heat by turning it off themselves All the time, Anytime they want to. So if it happens to get very warm outside one day in the Winter, That person will shut the heat off. It is not Fair that they can do that! they should just shut their own damn heat off and leave everyone else's alone.
Plus The Landlord says that, it is nice out now, because it is Summer time, & the Heat will be off until the Fall now. Well, if they don't believe how bloddy cold it is in our place, then just come on in and stay in here for more than 10 minutes, and you will feel it!!
