bad service and poor food

First of all They didn’t get our order right… again. We ordered a half-chicken. And only got a leg. This is not the first time they’ve screwed up. The previous time out on a take-out order, our fries were cold and under-cooked (green!) the phone staff was almost bored by our complaint and no effort to offer a new order of even some form of an apology. i found the food good but nothig realy special. the prices were good and the staff very friendly i would say go there if you in the neighborhood

Personally I don't really enjoy eating there, but if you're hungry and need something to fill you up fast, order from Cote St-Luc BBQ. The food is nothing special, but it does its job.
