Bought lots of stuff from this place ($5K ) and in no time it started to fall apart. I'm not exagerating, it literally started to fall apart. I have had a carpenter in to fix my dinning room table (costing lots of $$$s) and I'm afraid I might have to replace my leather dinning room chairs soon.
To add insult to injury, I called up cornerstone and they refused to help me. I sent them pictures but they just ignored me. Finally, I got an email saying they don't warrenty their products.
if you're thinking about buying furniture here, think again. It might be stylish, but the quality is very poor and they obviously don't care about customer retention!
My wife and I bought a house in the Junction a year and a half ago just down the street from Cornerstone. We went wild in Cornerstone, buying new furniture for our living and dining rooms because the style was perfect for our house and the prices were reasonable (but not cheap). The selection at The Cornerstone is second-to-none in Toronto and it's so cost-efficient I've recommended it to many out-of-province friends. Even with shipping costs it's well worth it. I won't ever shop anywhere else for home furnishings. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!
The store has awesome furniture and the staff are were helpful. The delivery guys ran into issues and we were not happy with them however - the store owners rectified the issues and compensated us very fairly. We will definitely shop there again.
