A great experience - would love to visit again when I am in town
June 20, 2014I have not tried any Indian fusion dishes before and was pleasantly suprised with the food at Copper Chimney. I ordered a Tiger Prawn Curry and it was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered Tandoori Salmon - the curry sauce complemented the fish beautifully. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit this restuarant again when I am back... more

Exceptional food and service

We ate in this restaurant on the last night of our stay in Vancouver and I have to say this was the best restaurant meal that we had in the area.
Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.The atmosphere was very relaxed and we didn't feel rushed at all. I had the tandoori salmon...

A perennial favourite
April 06, 2014I ate here for the first time with a group of business colleagues, although I have eaten here many times for lunch. The food is a fusion take on Indian and always delicious, especially the lamb. Diner was excellent and we tried many of their dishes as a group and everyone enjoyed it.
