Nightmare! Overpriced and terrible customer service.
I was looking for an espresso machine. Found the model I liked but it was 35,00 more than Williams Sonoma..The clerk said I should pay the price anyway because it is a owned by a local guy. She seemed very stressed and very unhappy. I had a very unpleasant experience there. There was one other clerk there but she was on the phone the whole time talking to a friend .I was so happy to get out of there and go back up the street to Williams Sonoma where the staff are truly wonderful and informative and the prices are more resonable.From what I have read Chuck Williams is a wonderful man and treats his customers and employees like gold. You can tell when you walk in the door.PS.It aways smell wonderful and they give you treats.

Unless cost is no object; shop around.
This place is for ultra high end, name brand, kitchen bling.
Bought an Espro coffee maker on impulse, then checked reviews. Found this somewhat expensive but trendy device was $20 cheaper at every other place in town, and at the manufacturer. I was nearby, so brought the pot back, expecting a refund of the difference from MSRP but was told they will let...

I can't say no to a store full of food- and cooking-related items. This place is small, but packed full of great stuff. I ended up buying a very, VERY light kitchen scale (the woman working there had to actually open the box to check there was something in it and I wasn't going home empty-handed!) and perused many fun gadgets, pots and pans, and dishes.
They had an amazing(-ly expensive!)...

This place is a dangerous luxury store of items for your kitchen, that you want or dream of having if you had an unlimited stock pile of money to burn. It's a bright, neatly set up store, a boutique of kitchenwares welcomes you once you walk in, with the helpful staff.
