Food and service were okay. It's like going to grandma's house for brunch.
I imagine that this place has been cooking the same foods the same way for the past 50 years, which could be charming to some or not so great to others.
I'd highly recommend the kitchen look up the term "Maillard reaction," which could go a long way in attracting repeat guests to come back for the food in your... more

Excellent Thai soup and pastrami/Swiss melt today. Very friendly too! The place is a down to earth, old school sort of diner. Harrison doesn't have a lot of places open in the off season, so this is a good choice if you're looking for an decent affordable meal.

We stopped in for breakfast. Super cozy super cute place with super friendly warm owners. Our kids quickly settled in with coloring sheets and absolutely delicious Belgian waffles with strawberries and whip cream. They didn't even ask for the syrup.
