The class is hosted in the chef's (gorgeous) home. There were 18 of us making 8 dishes. A fully packed class. The menu was put together with well-selected and well-rounded dishes: 4 appetizers/sides, 2 mains and 2 desserts (mostly french inspired?). The menu is different for each class.
