Wait not too bad for US citizens... at least in the morning. Had an 8:30AM appointment, and was out by 9:30.

Tips:
-Remember to leave electronics at home. No phones, kindles,ipads or even the remote on your car keys apparently
-I'd recommend making early appointments. Easier to get parking that way too

Tough security measures you can't bring ur phone or any electronic device even car keys remotes ,they don't have storage facility for electronics so I suggest store in public lockers ,leave it at home or bring someone with u to help . don't bring food or any liquids just itself and papers.went there by über it was fairly easy but u hvae to wait for ur turn beyond ur requested time .

I went in for a simple passport renewal for my daughter -

They make you make an online reservation for a very specific day and time... and then they escort you in, where you wait 2-3 friggin hours. So what do I do with a 1 year old who is getting squirrely after one hour in a hot, small room ? So why do they have you make a reservation if you're just going to wait hours and hours? duh...
