They simply do poor quality work and are rude. Why go here?
Also, the owner rates other businesses poorly on Google Reviews and rates his 5 stars. Childish.

I wish i could give zero stars.
This was the worst service I have ever received in the city of Ottawa. The owners of Connie's Custom Tailoring should be careful who they hire. The first time I called the tailor, I spoke to a polite woman that told me to come in and discuss the wedding dress alteration in person. The next day, I walked into the store, to see a balding man on the sewing machine....

My wife's sister is getting married in Seattle this winter and my wife is the matron of honor (ha, matron!).
