Only thing going for it is the location

This hotel is in need of a major overhaul. The carpets in the hallway were dirty and stained. The hotel's website says that the hotel is "100% smoke-free", however, we could smell smoke coming through the vent in the bathroom and also when walking in the hallway. Decent hotel, great location

Great location for a hotel. The complementary breakfast was more than adequate as well. The room was smaller than expected and the bathroom's shower drain didn't empty as quickly as you'd hope. I'd recommend the hotel.

Great central location which is convenient to everything you would want to do in Kingston. We had a nice view of Lake Ontario.
