Worst Experience Ever

If considering buying a condo, first find out who will manage your condo board. If it is Condeau Management Services Ltd, I PROMISE, you will regret your purchase because that condo board does nothing to maintain the outside of the building and they are always looking for was to penalize you without notice and the penalties are outrageous.

Good luck to those of you who have already purchased a condo in a building that is managed by Condeau Management Services.
