Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. I've walked into this store a couple of times and have always received the same consistent and excellent service. I purchased a bike and they were very patient and very knowledgeable with the different bikes I wanted to try out. I will definitely shop with them again.

I came here to try and get some pricing on snow pants for a UYE that happened that week, however, stood around and waited for a good 10 minutes before anyone even noticed me. The guy beside me had the some frustrations. I did check out some pants, however, needed some assistance. Since I wasn't getting any and needed to move on I left with no help. Understaffed?

Never been a big fan. $$$$ Went in there to get a part from an authorized Burton service center - low and behold they didn't have it cuz it's old. No offer to order it because they've been wiped from the face of the earth apparently. NEXT!
