Store does not provide receipts
Should be zero stars. After purchasing a $300 pair of shoes I was told the store does not provide receipts unless the customer comes in with a doctors note. The store also does not offer returns, so needless to say I am now stuck with the shoes and have no record of this purchase. The service is also terrible. I will never shop here again.

Do NOT SHOP HERE! Spent 120 dollars on a pair of birks and went to return the next day because found the same pair across the street for much cheaper. The employee there said I could return the shoes in 3 days if not worn or not dirty. I did NOT open the box at all and went to return the shoes next day and the owner refused, saying that I had made the shoes dirty. They were CLEAN, kept in the box, but he screamed at me and refused to give my money back. I have never given a negative review like this since im pretty easy going and reasonable, but the owner was mean and practically screaming into my face saying that it was my fault and he wouldn't give my money back. What a horrible experience to ruin your whole day...

People are different and it is normal that you cannot please everybody the same way for one reason or another. We have a lot of very happy customers, we are sorry that one of them is not thinking the same way.
Mrs. Langley had her one pair of shoes exchanged the same day she came to the store. The second pair was sent to her by special delivery (free of charge), she did receive them on time.
