May 18, 2012We stayed for five nights at this hotel. We had a ground floor 2 double bed room and found the staff all very kind and friendly and the desk clerks knowledgable about the area. May 18, 2012I often stay in Saskatoon due to work. I wasn't impressed with anything other than the shower, which had good pressure. The towels were small, the bed was rock hard. The tv was a c@!%!y CRT that wouldn't allow the attachment of a DVD player (they want to force you to order their overpriced movies I guess). No fridge or microwave in the room. Avoid!
May 18, 2012"FREE" Wireless Internet did NOT work. 1 of the 2 door entry cards did not function. The staff was absolutely clueless about nearby landlarks/ directions (EX: Where's the nearest Pizza place?). More attention to detail needed when cleaning the rooms (EX: A/C unit intake grill completely plugged with dirt & dust, Stains on the comfortors, etc)
