Good economy hotel with very firm mattresses

Could be a great hotel, quiet, everything is like new and spotless but those mattresses are far too firm. To me a mattress with no flexibility is akin to sleeping on the floor. Its beyond me why they spend so much on everything but what you are there for, a good night's sleep.

Stay was good. Breakfast was incrediable. The renovations they did look awesome ! Had an issue when I checked in with the ground floor room that I had booked. They had placed me on the 2nd floor, and the desk agent made me PROVE that I had booked a ground floor room before switching rooms, even though I stated I was unable to climb stairs. In the end she moved my room and it was a good stay.
