First time sharing a room with my pet!

Was disappointed at first that the policy was to be in a smoking room if I wanted my pet, but the staff was generous and very kind to let me use the non-smoking room with my pet! The lady that has the breakfast shift is very intimidating-looking!

I chose the services which were listed, airport shuttle and breakfast included. When we got to our room, the room was cold and at the end corner exposed to the wind. We tried to turn on the heat- very little heat and called down to the office- all she said was try getting the fan on. The fan came on and off all night making a rattling noise. Meets expectations, no surprises.

This is a chain hotel at an airport location, and I got what I expected to get: a clean room, free Internet, and a complimentary cereal + coffee breakfast the next morning.Can't say much more than that. Only negative is that the space in the lobby where you take your breakfast is a little cramped, especially when many other guests are sipping their coffee at the same time as you.
