very convenient when travelling to have a kitchenette in our room. Staff was extremely helpful with all our needs.\n\nThe staff at the hotel were very accomodating to our needs and very helpful with directions as well as trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. thumbs up.

Staff were very accommodating.
WiFi was excellent in the rooms.\n\nThe hotel is in need of refurbishing badly for the price asked for the room.\n\nLocation- quiet as not right on highway. Not with in walking distance of shopping areas. Needs refurbishing! But was basically clean. Very limited breakfast. For the rate I would opt for one of the newer hotels in west Kelowna. Okay for one or two...
