The first room assigned to us had a very foul odour like stale smoke. The upholstered furniture was stained and smelly. We asked for another room and the staff were most helpful and accommodating. The second room was better. The windows and glass doors of the hotel needed cleaning. When we checked in we noticed that the coffee area in the lobby had not been cleaned from the morning coffee.
