“Horrible Stay.......Never recommend it to anyone.”

My room had a worn out mattress that was low in the middle and visible to see. My room had leakage and stank of still water. Half the room's carpet was constantly wet for my whole stay. The customer service did not accommodate us with another room. They weren't very apologetic of our situation and just sent cleaning ladies to dray the room with towels once. Staff were pleasant.\n\nThis hotel was a $25 taxi fare from the downtown. It was built and decorated in the 70s, and cleaned once since. Hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. I paid more for this than the Hyatt Regency in downtown Toronto.\n\nAvoid this - pay a little more and stay downtown. Location sucked. Hotel was old and dirty.

Wonderful, caring employees

I would highly recommend this motel to anyone. I have never met such a compassionalte, caring staff while we were staying in Hamilton during our mother's cancer surgery.
