Comfortable with a side of trouble

I have stayed in this hotel many times and usually enjoy it very much. It's comfortable, affordable and well placed. The rooms are clean and mostly well kept with minor fixes required. I booked this hotel for two reasons only: it is near the Montreal airport, and the hotel website advertises that they have shuttle service to the airport.
