Positive: Close to the sector of town

I was working in. The bed was comfy, we slept well.. Negative: The hotel room could have been cleaner. It would have needed a good scrub much deserved. The mirror in our bathroom was broken. The drain in the bathtub did not drain properly"

The hotel has a good location, the building is nice and the room is in great condition. The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, doing a great job. My disappointment was the housekeeping staff, most of them do not speak English, however you can hear their French as early as 8:30 AM on the corridor, which makes totally impossible to sleep any longer. My family and I drove all the way to Montreal to have a good time. We decided to stay at the Comfort Hotel & Suites Downtown. There is an Indian/Morrocan looking guy that wears glasses and is bald on the top of his head that works there at the front desk. He also seems to hiccup every 5 seconds while he talks.
