How can they be soo happy and helpful!?!?

This has to be one of the few remaining companies that offer fantastic customer service. I've only been a customer of Cogeco for three months now but have had to call customer support three times. Every time I get a cheerful voice on the other end and a quick response to my question.

Well done! Keep it up! Can I work there!??
