I can’t think of a more pretentious place in the whole city. Not only is the decor tacky, the food is mediocre, the coffee is so-so, and the hospitality is non-existent. They really need to get it together. Their “shot glass” system for orders fails miserably. The waiter/waitress wanders around aimlessly with food orders asking EVERY person in the building if this is their order until they find a winner.The staff NEVER listen to what you are asking for.
