I went to Ottawa last week for the first time! Went to Coaster's gourmet grill in byward market for lunch. I gotta say, it was such a great atmosphere n most importantly great food!! I had the tallest burger in town n my girlfriend had fish taco. Burger was really tall lol also they have variety of dipping sauce which was amazing!!

Early Bird Special

Me and my friend went in on Canada Day for the early bird special (4:30pm to 6pm) for a late, late lunch. He ordered the tilapia in a roasted red pepper sauce and I ordered the shrimp linguine in a pesto sauce. Both were excellent. As were the cesear salad and the complimentary salmon patee. The creme brule wasn't anything to write home about though... very bland.

Small portions for the price and bland food overall. The place itself is quite nice and the waitress was very attentive but I will definitely not be returning here.
