“Strong smell of cigarettes in non-smoking areas”
May 23, 2013This is coming from a non-smoker and someone who has allergies and is very sensitive to the odor. The smoking floor in this hotel is the 3rd floor. I stayed on the 4th floor, the elevator always had a strong cigarette smoke smell as well as the 4th floor hallway, and as a result so did our room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even when i accidently dropped some clumping kitty litter into the drain!

May 17, 2013When we arrived the staff was prompt and courteous. When we came back to the room we were very disappointed. The room was filthy. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom.
