I started seeing Geoff Heald recently and what a difference!

I have stiff muscles from computer work...mostly in my hips and glutes. The muscles in questions are hard to reach, hard to stretch and hard to massage but Geoff has been up for the task.

He takes his time to get to the trigger point of the muscle and release it.

I broke my clavicle and after several weeks with my arm in a sling Alexandra has been a key factor in my recovery. She provided very specific treatments on my shoulder to help regaining the lost range of motion and ease the pain. Coal Harbour Massage have among the very best RMT in town (Alexandra IS the best).

'Coal Harbour' made us think that their office was nearby to the Bayshore Inn so it was interesting to discover that their office was nearer to Burrard Street.

Was able to book a Saturday afternoon apptmt, just 30 mins beforehand.

Lady RMT did very good work and we would return again.
