Poor graphic design services, -- very prompt at billing in advance, weak on customer service and generally cheap. You get what you pay for.
I have found Club Card to be completely bi-polar in customer service. A lot of customer service depends on who you get at the front counter and I never have had the same guy twice either. I wish I could enjoy them more... But there lack of customers care leaves this latest experience lacking a lot! (Yet I could walk in 6 months from now and get a completely different experience. )
Meh. Just meh. Nearly every time I've dealt with Clubcard the experience has been frustrating--and I've had to print with them at least 5 or 6 times. I say "had to" because we needed a quick turn-around and the price was right.
