I would like to commend Hope who works at your Voyages Dumoulin branch on Boul. Robert in St-Leonard for her diligence in accommodating my last minute needs. Unfortunately and without much time or notice at all, a crucial problem regarding a visa arose for my wife and I who were undertaking a long trip from Toronto to Taiwan. As I was scrambling to find an answer to our serious problem without luck, I decided to consult Hope to whom I explained my issue. She quickly had an idea, promptly made some calls and executed her plan with success. Hope's diligence saved my wife and I not only lots of turmoil, but lots of money as well. She did go over the call of duty and demonstrated grand work ethics.
