Succulent!
Le meilleur canard que j'aie mangé dans ma vie... j'en salive encore! Tout était très bon. Juste, l'entrée de salade était très ordinaire, mais le repas principal et le dessert (Amareto) étaient supers bons! Les plats sont chers mais la qualité est là.
Une des 5 meilleures tables de Montréal
Le sevrice est parfait. SYmpathique, chaleureux, discret.
La bouffe est brillante, souvent surprenante. Les pétoncles en entrée : c'est un must. Le risotto aux champignons avec foie gras est un plaisir suprême. La sommelière est efficace et sait arriver avec de belles surprises. L'été, y'a une terrasse tout à fait charmante qui surplombe un jardin d'époque. Oui. Oui. Oui.

The name "Hunting and Fishing Club" doesn't suggest fine dining, but here chasse et pêche more accurately means "new-school surf and turf." This restaurant received enthusiastic reviews upon its 2005 opening and works hard to keep bringing the crowds in. Feel like you’ve discovered a deep, dark and tasty secret at the “Hunting and Fishing Club.” Hunting—for the braised venison and roast bison. Fishing—for lobster bisque, seared scallops and tuna tartare. Try not to yell “Release the hounds!” as begging-to-be-devoured dishes arrive. Quelle belle surprise!!! J\'y suis allé par hasard. Un petit passage secret (arrière du resto) qui vous amène sur une petite terrasse aux allures cour arrière Française. Excellent! Cuisine et service de trés grande classe. La facture aussi. Si j'avais les moyens j'y retournerais à toutes les semaines!!! Moi aussi j'ai trouvé le concept inapproprié d'offrir des légumes d'accompagnement séparément.

Le Club Chasse et Pêche est le secret le moins bien gardé de Montréal. En effet, depuis son ouverture, ce restaurant est lobjet dun fantastique bouche à oreille. Pourtant avec son nom pour le moins inattendu et une mystérieuse armoirie en guise de signalétique à lentrée, le concept avait de quoi dérouter.
