Ripped Off
These people stipulated what time they were open to drop off my pet (8am to 10am) and also what time that they would be open for me to pick him up (1pm to 4pm). Their timing allowed them to charge you an extra day.
Their explanation was that this is due to it being a holiday. Holidays are a very good time for this type of business. This is when people go away.
It is unacceptable to manipulate this in their favour. After all they chose this business.
Penny wise and pound foolish fits this company profile. They ripped me off for $25, but it will cost the thousands. eg: My wife and I are away in March and would have taken our 2 cats and dog to them, but there is no way now.
I also will inform everyone that I have referred to Bekkers as well as the person who referred us. I will also tell of this rip off when ever I get the opportunity.

Beware if You Care about your Pet
I entrusted my cats in the care of Club Bekkers Kennel in November for over a week. Now I have 4 sick cats on my hands and vet bills piling up over $1100.
The owner?s wife rescues cats and kittens from shelters where they would be euthanized. I praise her for this however they should not be housed in the same room with paying customer?s animals. She was...

my dog been here three times Aug-Sep 2011. She got worms, grow undercoat, sneeze and snor constantly. Vet prescribed antibiotics!
