Norm Sore loser

This Goes to "Norm" .To be a customer you need to spend at least a penny.You have not been at a business for at least a year then you cannot find a Dvd to "rent" FOR 4 hours even though the inventory is now five times from What it used to be 15,000 dvds from 3,000 dvds before.
Grow up and I really..... mean it as you are banned from the video ..there is camera surveilance with your picture and video too.
Oh and next time you go to a local restaurant Tim Hortons etc stay inside staring around for four hours and see where it gets you.

rude people

the person that was in the store VERY VERY rude.I was a loyal customer when the previous owner was running it in there at least 2-3 times a month, have not been in there for a while, looking around and the guy that was there basically told me to leave because i was in there to long, NOT A GOOD WAY TO BE TO A CUSTOMER.
