Poor customer service, mauvais service

This company installed my fence and after the winter the fence was all crooked, the company said it was not under warranty due to exceptional amount of snow, I claimed it to my insurance and signed the contract for repairs to be done. They said it would be done in mid July. I called and called and no one would call back. They finally showed up in last week of october

Cette compagnie a fait l'installation de ma clôture, après l'hiver la clôture était croche et quand j'ai téléphoné la compagnie a dit que ce n'était pas garantie due a la quantité de neige exceptionnelle. J'ai donc réclamé a mes assurance et la compagnie a dit qu'elle ferait la réparation a la mi-juillet. J'ai téléphoné a plusieurs reprise et on ne me rappelais jamais. Finalement il sont venu A la fin octobre.
